Legacy Trail Releases Phase II Ahead of Schedule

THE LEGENDS AT SAINT JOHNS, ST. AUGUSTINE, FL –
Prompted by phenomenal pre-construction sales in Phase I, Legacy Trail has released another twenty-four condo units for sale through Prudential Network Realty. To date, twenty-one of the original twenty-four condominium-style homes from Phase I have been sold - bringing the current available number of condos to twenty-seven.

"The sales for the first building were so successful, we were able to open reservations for Phase II earlier than expected," said Mary Anne Hashem, Director of Builder Sales and Marketing for Prudential Network Realty. "The response to Legacy Trail's location and design has been absolutely marvelous. People love the uniqueness of the Mediterranean ambience and I attribute much of the success to the remarkable architectural influence."

Legacy Trail will consist of 180 condominium units in seven beautiful, multi-floored buildings in the heart of World Gold Village. The community will feature a variety of elegant luxury condominium styles and amenities in spacious two- and three-bedroom plans ranging between 1,450 and 1,742 square feet.

The community will have a stunning resort clubhouse with fitness center and personal treatment rooms, heated pool, lavish landscape and planned first-class concierge service rivaling that of any five-star resort.

Each condominium will have spectacular views of the golf course from its private balconies. Other features include an prewired alarm system and DSL capability; optional hard wood floors; garden tubs and double-basin granite vanity tops in all bathrooms, crown molding, and designer kitchens with high-end wood cabinets, top-of-the-line appliances, granite kitchen counter tops, nine foot plus ceilings, beautiful ceramic and marble tiled floors, and convenient trash compactors. To help draw attention to these spectacular details, Crowley has selected interior design firm Sisler-Johnston, who won a 2003 Laurel Award for their work in one of his model condominiums at The Legends at Saint Johns, to coordinate interior design of the units and decorate Legacy Trail’s future model and clubhouse.

The buildings that will house this condominium development are being designed by JSA Inc., an architecture, planning and interior design firm based in Jacksonville, FL, Portsmouth, NH, and Washington, DC. According to Design Principal Mark Moeller, the facades draw inspiration from the Spanish Renaissance Revival style of the late 19th-century found in some of St. Augustine’s most historic and beautiful buildings, including its City Hall, Flagler College, and the Casa Monica Hotel. Rounded arches, broad overhangs, projected and French balconies with ornamental railings, decorative towers, and terracotta tile roofing will lend a classic Mediterranean air to Legacy Trail.

“When it comes to amenities, Legacy Trail will have access to some of the finest on the First Coast,” said Legacy Trail’s Site Agent Jennifer Gates. “The area is blessed with golf courses, tennis courts, swimming pools, family parks, shopping, fine dining, resort hotels, entertainment, movie theaters, and historic exhibits. Much of it is a short walk or bike ride past gardens, lakes, nature preserves, ball fields, and beautiful picnic areas.”

The Slammer and Squire, along with the entire World Golf Village Complex, was designed to honor the great game of golf, its players, history, and future. Designed by Bobby Weed with player consultants Sam "The Slammer" Snead and Gene "The Squire" Sarazen, this well manicured course preserves the pristine unspoiled wooded area, wetlands and natural beauty of the region. It is a challenging layout that does not unfairly penalize the inexperienced player.

Perfectly situated between the city of Jacksonville and the historic town of St. Augustine, Legacy Trail is being developed by Legacy Trail LLC, an entity of The Crowley Group of Greenwich, CT. It will be exclusively marketed by Prudential Network Realty.
