Legacy Trail Welcomes New On-Site Sales Consultant

Koulermos joined Prudential Network Realty in June 2006 and brings more than 20 years of industry experience to the company. Koulermos began his career in real estate as Vice President of RKM Enterprises, specializing in converting New York City apartment buildings into Co-ops and then into sales. Upon relocating to Florida in 1990, Koulermos became a Sales Associate at Oak Run County Club in Ocala. Most recently, Koulermos was employed by Ryland Homes in the highly competitive Tampa Bay- and Jacksonville-area markets.
